Masonry Carafe
The Masonry Carafe is crafted from upcycled glass by our skilled glassmakers at Holmegaard Værk in Denmark. Made for Cafe Niko. Each piece begins with a mold made by arranging four stoneware bricks to create a negative space between them. Molten glass is then mouth-blown into this one-time mold, allowing the carafe to take on the raw texture of the bricks as the hot glass presses against their rough surfaces.
Once released from the mold, artisans shape the top of the vessel and apply the logo, ensuring each carafe is truly unique.
Designed for both beauty and function, every Masonry Carafe carries subtle variations in texture, form, and character an honest result of its handmade origin.
